Contact In Context (CIC) is a peer-reviewed, web-based, free Diamond Open-Access academic journal featuring rapid publication. Since 2002 the journal has served as a scientific forum for research in astrobiology and the search for intelligent life in the universe. With the renewed push of man out into space through multiple public and private entities, all fields of science and engineering have relevance. Contact In Context now covers topics such as chemistry, spectrometry, electrical engineering, physics, biology, social sciences, computational sciences, mathematics and statistics, pharmaceutical sciences, and more. Articles differ in scope and focus, but are intended for researchers, resource professionals, and scientists in general. Contact In Context encourages submissions of research articles, research reviews, scholarly essays, and book reviews on all topics. The journal is published continuously by the nonprofits The SETI League and EGW LLC, and is distributed without charge through the World Wide Web.

Drug Quality Study (DQS)              News

Unlike many other journals, Contact in Context encourages scientists to publish their negative results of well-designed studies. In science, you usually learn more from the negative experiments than you learn from the ones with positive results. After all, if you already suspect something is true, you will learn less than when you find out that something you suspect is true is not true at all. Contact in Context combines the best parts of a preprint server and an online peer-reviewed journal, and uses the Google platform for articles that are undergoing revisions and reviews before archiving the articles as journal PDFs on the main servers.
